This presentation will highlight significant points of difference between those processes, including required notices, pertinent parts of the UCC, and the operation of collateral and loan documents from origination. Maintenance fees, the role of the Cooperative Association, and protecting a lender's interest in pledged shares of stock and lease of the unit will also be covered.
